Our new community, Arlington Market will consist of two- 4 level condominium buildings with fifty-five units in each building. The retail center will cater to residents of Arlington Market’s new condominium and single-family neighborhoods as well as existing homeowners and surrounding businesses. Interconnecting pedestrian walkways will link the newly constructed residential areas to the center. Vehicular access from all three surround roadways, coupled with an overabundance of on-site parking, will allow motorists easy in-and-out access to the center’s many offerings. With the additional future tenants, including plans for a neighborhood grocery store, The Shops at Arlington Market will add substantial convenience and value for all of its new residents.
